Please review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the taxuity.ae website (the “Service”) operated by Local Consultancy DMCC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Key Regulations
- taxuity.ae will not engage in providing services or products to any countries subject to OFAC sanctions, in compliance with UAE law.
- The United Arab Emirates is the country of domicile for our company.
- We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED and USD. When “Credit Card Online” is selected, the customer’s ID (cardholder’s ID) must match the name on the credit card used for the purchase.
- In case of disputes, UAE Governing Law will apply.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our discretion. If a revision is material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to use the Service after these revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please cease using the Service.
